Job Description

The Fraud Investigator is responsible for reviewing fraud alerts, determining fraud or no fraud utilizing tools and investigative skills, and helping identify emerging fraud trends through data analysis. This role requires in-person attendance at least 3 days per week and is part of a high-performing, fast-moving team focused on ethics and impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth investigations on accounts flagged for fraud
• Place outbound calls to customers to discuss account activity
• Identify emerging fraud through critical thinking and pattern detection
• Document rationale and refer cases to other teams

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in fraud investigations
• Knowledge of fraud activities like Account Takeovers and Identity Theft
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
