Job Description

Robinhood is seeking a Market Operations Specialist to ensure a smooth, compliant, and high-quality trading experience for customers. This role involves monitoring market operations, managing trade execution, coordinating with internal and external teams, and maintaining regulatory adherence, specifically during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs)
• Enter and execute equity and stock option orders
• Monitor trading activity and resolve trade discrepancies
• Review customer margin and option applications
• Oversee routing systems and venues
• Support Customer Experience with trade research
• Coordinate incident response for trading and communication systems
• Craft and send customer communications

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in broker-dealer operations or trading
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• FINRA Series 7 license (active)
• Series 4 license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Strong knowledge of brokerage operations and trading systems
• Ability to prioritize work and adapt in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work an overnight shift
