Job Description

Robinhood is seeking a Designated Principal to oversee the supervisory and compliance framework for their Social Trading platform, ensuring adherence to FINRA regulations and contributing to other business lines like crypto and futures. This strategic role involves leading risk control operationalization, moderation systems, and regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain supervisory procedures for Social Trading
• Lead content moderation escalation cases
• Manage restricted terms and user restrictions
• Review product iterations for compliance
• Develop requirements for ML models to identify risks
• Review employee content use
• Provide backup coverage for Marketing Designated Principal

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses
• Active Series 4 license or ability to obtain
• 5+ years of financial services experience with supervisory or compliance experience
• Ability to analyze digital content for regulatory risks
• Familiarity with consumer protection regulations
• Strong attention to detail and risk management skills
• Collaborative and multi-tasking abilities
