Job Description

Robinhood is seeking a Global Mobility & Immigration Partner to own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution of the company’s immigration and relocation support initiatives. This role focuses on providing a high-quality experience for employees and ensuring they feel supported throughout the relocation process.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of US immigration and global mobility support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations
• Build partnerships with People, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams
• Create systems to scale operations
• Benchmark policies and make strategic recommendations for program changes

Requirements

• 5+ years of immigration and mobility experience
• Expertise in U.S. immigration policy
• Experience supporting cross-border talent movement
• Experience partnering with external immigration/relocation providers
• Expertise in building relationships with leaders
• Project management experience with visa/work permit transfers and green card sponsorship
• Empathy and understanding for diverse groups of people
