Robinhood is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager to manage and scale learning programs that enable employees to operate safely, deliver impact, and grow. This role involves designing and implementing global, practical initiatives, including M&A integrations, compliance training, and people development programs, with a focus on on-the-job learning and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise learning calendar
• Manage learning integrations for M&A
• Scale people development programs
• Leverage AI for program development
• Manage initiatives to deepen understanding of products
• Drive selection of training content vendors
• Support compliance training execution
• Collaborate with partners to align programs
• Measure and report on program outcomes

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in program management or learning & development
• Skilled in translating business needs into learning solutions
• Experienced in measuring training program outcomes
• Success leading large-scale programs
• Knowledgeable about AI tools in people development
• Comfortable working across the employee lifecycle
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Curious, resourceful, and resilient
