Robinhood is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join the Engineering Recruiting team, focusing on hiring top Frontend Engineering talent. The role involves collaborating with leaders, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position requires in-person attendance at least 3 days a week and offers a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting process for top priority roles
• Implement and execute recruiting strategies
• Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
• Act as a recruiting consultant to business partners
• Provide regular status reports
• Maintain professional communication with candidates

Requirements

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in technical roles
• Proven track record sourcing passive candidates
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Alignment with Robinhood values
• Self-starting and resourceful work ethic
