Job Description

Robinhood is seeking a Talent Management Partner to lead the strategy and execution of performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning. This role will partner with leaders across the business to drive clarity, consistency, and accountability around performance, leveraging AI to streamline workflows and deliver actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and feedback programs
• Build systems and processes for data-driven performance management
• Lead the use of AI in performance management
• Partner with leaders to reinforce a high-performance culture
• Translate complex ideas into clear guidance for managers and employees

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in program management
• 5+ years owning performance strategy at a global level
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to build and execute programs seamlessly
• Excellent cross-functional skills
