Job Description

ClickHouse is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Billing Engineering team, responsible for building the billing platform for ClickHouse Cloud. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining mission-critical billing processes, integrating with various external systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver a reliable, scalable, and secure billing experience.

Responsibilities

• Build billing and metering platform
• Design and build mission-critical processes
• Create secure, efficient, and highly available frameworks
• Partner with teams to define business strategies
• Integrate with billing, metering, logging, and monitoring systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience building front-end systems on the cloud
• Proficiency in Typescript, Serverless, EKS, SQS, Mongo, Node.JS, and React
• Experience with billing concepts (credit card processing, usage-based billing, etc)
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong ownership and experience with distributed systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
