Job Description

ClickHouse is seeking a Senior SRE / Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own reliability, automation, and operations as their cloud data platform expands across AWS, GCP, and Azure, focusing on Postgres integration. This is a hands-on role involving code writing, architecture shaping, and enabling engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability and operations for Postgres integration
• Design and implement automation for provisioning and deployments
• Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
• Contribute Go-based tooling
• Own observability and monitoring
• Drive incident management and postmortems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Mentor and enable engineers

Requirements

• 7+ years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
• Solid understanding of Postgres operations
• Deep experience with AWS, exposure to GCP and Azure
• Proficient with Terraform and Kubernetes
• Strong Go development skills
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalents
• Understanding of SLOs and incident response
• Founder’s mentality and hands-on approach
