Job Description

ClickHouse is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Analyst to join their Finance team. This role will focus on accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate bill coding, timely payments, and reconciliations, with opportunities to expand into broader finance initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile accounts payables
• Maintain vendor details
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger
• Verify and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with 1099 preparation
• Manage expense reports in Expensify and Netsuite
• Analyze accounts payable data
• Assist with financial audits
• Perform quarterly VAT reclaiming
• Conduct spend analysis
• Provide monthly procurement updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Experience with Bill.com, Expensify, and Netsuite preferred
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn
