Job Description

ClickHouse is seeking a GTM Finance Manager to partner with global Sales and Marketing teams, driving insight, efficiency, and strategic decision-making. This role focuses on financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to accelerate revenue growth in a fast-scaling, data-driven business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic finance partner to GTM leadership
• Own GTM financial planning and forecasting
• Build and maintain driver-based models
• Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Business Systems
• Lead monthly business reviews
• Analyze customer and cohort performance
• Support annual and quarterly planning
• Evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives
• Build scalable processes and tools
• Collaborate with Accounting

Requirements

• 6–9 years of FP&A or related experience
• Experience supporting GTM functions
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Deep analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SaaS metrics
• Comfort with financial and operational systems
• Strong sense of ownership and curiosity
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
