ClickHouse is seeking a Payroll Operations Analyst to manage global payroll operations in a high-growth environment. This role requires expertise in multi-country payroll, equity and stock option taxation, and compliance with tax laws and filings. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with both finance and people teams.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all legal entities
• Review payroll transactions
• Deliver excellent service
• Prepare messaging during change
• Enter pay adjustments
• Investigate payroll discrepancies
• Manage compliance for payroll filings
• Support payroll audits
• Respond to information requests
• Stay abreast of new laws and regulations
• Understand payroll impacts of stock options
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong experience with multi-country payroll administration
• Experience with stock option payroll technicalities
• Strong organizational skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a high-growth company
• Expert use of Gsuite
• Experience with BambooHR and Netsuite is desirable
• Technical payroll management qualification is ideal
