Job Description

Dataiku is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to co-develop data science projects with customers, provide platform training and support, and contribute to the company's sales and marketing efforts. The role requires strong technical skills in Python and SQL, experience with ML models and LLMs, and the ability to communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop production-level data science projects
• Provide user training and consultative support
• Provide strategic input to customer and account teams
• Provide data science expertise to customers and internal teams
• Lead technical project scoping and design
• Flag account risks
• Develop custom Python plugins
• Lead Data Scientist engagements
• Run demo booth/tech talk duties
• Lead Junior Data Scientist interviews
• Contribute to internal/external assets

Requirements

• Curiosity and desire to learn
• Empathy and willingness to share knowledge
• Clear communication skills
• 5+ years of experience with Python and SQL
• 5+ years of experience with ML models and tools
• Experience with LLMs
• Experience with data visualization and web apps
• Understanding of data systems
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Must be located within CST or MDT timezones
