Job Description

Dataiku is seeking a Partner Sales Director to focus on building the new partner motion and accelerating the time it takes to onboard partners and achieve joint wins. This role involves identifying and recruiting new partners, enabling them to drive business development, and building strong relationships with both partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive partner research and identify targets
  • Execute partner recruitment plans
  • Collaborate with enablement and strategy teams
  • Own revenue and pipeline growth for new partners
  • Co-lead testing of new routes to market
  • Develop industry-specific solutions with partners
  • Build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships
  • Cultivate executive relationships with partner leadership
  • Represent Dataiku at industry events

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in partnership development
  • Experience in big data, analytics, AI
  • Customer-centric selling philosophy
  • Background in positioning innovative solutions
  • Ability to develop joint value propositions
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong social and brand building skills
