Job Description

Dataiku is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to help customers achieve success with their AI platform. This role focuses on technical programming, product enablement, and user engagement to drive adoption and value. The CSE will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide hands-on support to customers in the East region.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard customers and increase user adoption
  • Educate customers on best practices
  • Develop understanding of customer business needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, or data science
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Experience building communities of practice
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity
  • East Coast location
