Job Description

Dataiku is seeking a highly experienced Technical Account Manager to dedicate themselves to a small set of strategic clients. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while overseeing the technical aspects of their accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify client priorities and define engagement plans
  • Manage milestones and provide status updates
  • Centralize technical information and contribute to account strategy
  • Contribute to team growth through documentation and process optimization
  • Provide technical guidance on platform architecture, operations, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot product implementation
  • Record feature requests
  • Advise clients on technology choices
  • Support innovative approaches around Dataiku

Requirements

  • 7+ years of customer-facing technical experience
  • Strong Linux system administration experience
  • Experience with authentication and authorization systems
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with Hadoop/Spark ecosystem
  • Comfort in client interactions
  • Ability to work pre and post sale
