Job Description

Tekion is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Engineer to provide support to dealership clients, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure excellent customer experiences. This role requires a subject matter expert who can coordinate with internal teams and work in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues
  • Research and diagnose system issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues
  • Understand application functionality
  • Log issues accurately
  • Prioritize and manage open issues
  • Prepare reports
  • Document technical knowledge

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Application/Customer Support Engineer
  • Experience in application, production, or product support
  • Ability to learn employer-specific software
  • Complex problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose application issues
  • Rotational shift availability
  • Fixed Operations experience (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of IoT and software (preferred)
  • Knowledge of APIs and coding (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Mongo Databases & basic network configuration (desired)
