Job Description

The Integration Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting OEM/Vendor integrations during the DMS & CRM launch phases, working cross-functionally with clients and internal teams to ensure successful integration solutions and 100% enablement goals.

Responsibilities

• Complete integration requirements with clients
• Deploy integration processes using APIs and other tools
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes
• Gather requirements and define integration processes
• Maintain integration documentation
• Support ongoing implementations and updates
• Participate in project planning
• Provide training and support to end-users

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in software integration or related automotive IT role
• Working knowledge of automotive software applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills
