Job Description

Tekion is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Applications to lead the strategy and execution across Salesforce, NetSuite, and their subscription billing stack. This role will focus on ensuring seamless operations across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Customer Success, and GTM functions, with a focus on operationalizing ARR, subscriptions, renewals, and revenue recognition at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop Business Systems roadmap for Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ, and Billing
• Lead end-to-end process automation for Lead-to-Cash workflows
• Enhance CPQ, Usage Billing, Proration, and Multi-Entity capabilities
• Oversee integrations between CRM, ERP, and Billing
• Drive data integrity and reporting visibility across key metrics
• Ensure alignment between Sales Ops, RevOps, and Finance
• Manage change control, testing, and SOX/compliance governance
• Lead and mentor system admins and analysts
• Monitor system performance and ROI

Requirements

• 12+ years in Business Systems/RevOps/IT Applications roles
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite ERP
• Hands-on experience with subscription billing platforms
• Strong understanding of ARR, MRR, renewals, and revenue recognition
• Proven ability to design and scale Lead-to-Cash architectures
• Experience integrating CRM, ERP, Billing, and Data Warehouse environments
• Strong program management and stakeholder alignment skills
• Familiarity with SOX and system governance
• Exceptional communication skills
