Job Description

The Director, OEM Integrations will lead the OEM integration strategy, oversee team operations, strengthen OEM partner relationships in the US and Canada, communicate team outcomes, and maximize value through interface investments. This role involves evaluating integration strategies, coaching the team, improving processes, monitoring program health, and collaborating with leadership.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading integrations projects
• 5+ years leading direct reports at a Director level
• Experience leading integrations projects through the full lifecycle
• Proven track record of building and managing strong teams
• Ability to meet financial and operational targets
• Experience in vendor management
