Job Description

The Associate Principal Compensation Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, evaluating, and administering Tekion’s global compensation programs. This role partners with People Partners, Talent, and Finance to ensure alignment with the company’s total rewards philosophy and business strategy, providing strategic guidance on market competitiveness, pay equity, and incentive design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex compensation analyses
  • Develop compensation proposals
  • Manage compensation cycle analytics
  • Conduct market benchmarking
  • Develop compensation models and dashboards
  • Advise on compensation frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards
  • Serve as a compensation consultant
  • Lead cross-functional projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in compensation analysis, consulting, or total rewards design
  • Experience with compensation within a technology or software development company
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, data modeling, and analytics
  • Experience with Workday, Radford, or other survey platforms
  • Strong understanding of job architecture frameworks and global pay regulations
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills
