Job Description

The Associate Principal People Partner will play a critical strategic role in supporting the growth and success of Tekion and its culture. This individual will partner with business leaders to develop and execute People strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on employee development, relations, organizational design, and succession planning, with specific experience supporting Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with executives and business leaders
• Diagnose business needs and recommend strategic solutions
• Align People initiatives with business strategy
• Coach and develop leaders' people management capabilities
• Champion People transformation initiatives
• Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of HRBP experience, preferably in a SaaS company
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to change
• Offshore experience working with India
