This strategic role will partner with leaders to drive business outcomes through talent strategies, organizational design, and compensation programs, with a focus on high-growth environments and executive-level influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Engineering executives
• Lead workforce planning and succession planning
• Use data-driven insights to guide talent decisions
• Design and implement competitive compensation structures
• Drive performance management and career development programs
• Lead change initiatives and foster a high-performance culture
• Act as a steward of company values

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience
• 5+ years supporting Product and Engineering
• Experience with India and offshore leaders
• Proven success partnering with senior executives
• Deep understanding of compensation strategy
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with HR systems
