Tekion is seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Systems Analyst to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their talent acquisition technology stack, focusing on Ashby and Greenhouse. This role involves system administration, troubleshooting, process improvements, data governance, user enablement, and evaluation of new systems to drive recruiting excellence through technology.

Responsibilities

• ATS Optimization & Administration for Ashby and Greenhouse
• TA Systems Strategy in partnership with TA leaders and IT
• Process Improvement through system and data analysis
• TA Data Governance & Compliance
• User Enablement & Training
• Evaluation & Implementation of new systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• Ashby ATS experience
• 6+ years of experience with talent acquisition systems
• Deep understanding of recruiting processes
• Experience with systems integration and API utilization
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
