Tekion is seeking a Lead Product Learning Expert with a focus on Accounting to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees. This role involves creating training materials, conducting assessments, and ensuring consistent skill development across the company, with a strong emphasis on automotive accounting principles and Tekion's platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop training strategies and materials
• Evaluate training outcomes
• Prioritize training based on company objectives
• Create cross-functional training programs
• Design and revise instructional materials
• Deliver asynchronous and synchronous learning
• Track and report training progress
• Identify training needs based on implementation issues
• Provide coaching and support to learners
• Stay current on company processes and product updates

Requirements

• 5+ years of Automotive Accounting experience
• 5+ years of training experience
• 3+ years of content creation with eLearning tools
• Ability to train in-person and virtually
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, education, or related field
• LMS administration experience
