Job Description

Tekion is seeking a Senior Director to lead the development and execution of customer and partner learning programs for their automotive cloud platform. This role involves instructional design, curriculum development, team management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption and certification.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer/partner training content
• Lead instructional and curriculum design
• Manage global team including India
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing on release training
• Sprint planning and content delivery
• Co-create learning objectives with internal/external teams
• Launch and manage certification programs

Requirements

• 10+ years experience building customer-facing learning programs in a SaaS company
• Experience building a learning platform for partner network growth
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Strong project management and autonomy
• Cross-team collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
