Tekion is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Director of Business Product Management to lead the vision and roadmap for their Automotive CRM platform. This role involves translating customer needs into product strategies, working cross-functionally with various teams, and ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions to enhance the automotive customer relationship experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a long-term product vision and strategy
• Develop and communicate a product roadmap
• Identify emerging trends in automotive retail
• Serve as the voice of the customer
• Build relationships with dealers and stakeholders
• Lead discovery and prioritization of new initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams
• Define success metrics and monitor performance

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, 3+ in leadership
• Experience in CRM and the automotive industry
• Proven track record of delivering successful SaaS/CRM strategies
• Deep understanding of automotive retail and dealer operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on expertise in LLM-driven capabilities
• Experience optimizing CRM workflows
