Tekion is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead financial products for dealerships, focusing on strategy, execution, and innovation within their Automotive Retail Cloud. The role involves understanding customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving improvements in financial management processes.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap
• Understand customer objectives and pain points
• Lead end-to-end product execution
• Drive innovation and automation in financial processes
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams
• Create product documentation
• Build product knowledge

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with 3+ years as a product manager
• Experience launching scalable B2B SaaS products
• Extensive experience with ERP applications in financial management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Leadership mindset and problem-solving skills
• Independent work ethic with a bias for action
