Job Description

The Engagement Manager will connect customers with Tekion's SaaS platform, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing value. This role involves managing the project lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, and providing insights to improve the product and foster client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive SaaS solution launches from kickoff to Go-Live
  • Develop project plans and track progress
  • Lead project meetings and hold contributors accountable
  • Act as the primary point of contact for dealer partners
  • Establish clear communication channels and escalate issues
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Apply project management methodologies
  • Manage risks and dependencies
  • Deliver progress reports to leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years in client services or account management
  • 2+ years in SaaS platform onboarding
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role
  • Expertise in SaaS platform configuration
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
  • Proven track record of successful client onboarding
