Job Description

Tekion is seeking an Associate Principal Program Delivery Manager to oversee complex OEM partner implementations, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance program governance within a rapidly growing PMO organization. This role requires strong leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams, senior executives, and external partners, ensuring seamless delivery of Tekion’s business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor for program implementation roadmaps
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership
• Lead Implementation teams for dealer onboarding
• Act as the primary escalation point for program challenges
• Communicate with senior leadership
• Design and implement governance frameworks
• Mentor and guide PMO team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master’s preferred)
• 4+ years of experience managing complex programs
• Experience with top-tier consulting firms or major automotive companies
• Success leading programs with technical and strategic complexity
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong technical acumen
