Job Description

Tekion is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative II to generate new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of leads, and drive revenue growth within existing and competitive accounts. This role involves building long-lasting customer relationships and expanding the customer base.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience (SaaS or technology preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills
