Tekion is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer II to join their sales enablement team. This role involves coordinating, developing, and delivering advanced sales training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team. The trainer will work with sales leadership to identify training needs, design curriculum, and ensure the salesforce is equipped to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced sales training programs
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions
• Provide one-on-one sales coaching
• Develop training materials
• Assess training effectiveness
• Stay current on industry trends
• Collaborate with sales leadership and product teams
• Track and report on training outcomes
• Mentor junior trainers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
• Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools
• Analytical skills

• Experience with content writing tools
