Job Description

Helium 10 is seeking a Principal Product Designer to reimagine their information architecture and influence their monetization strategy. This role involves defining the vision for a new IA, establishing a unified design system, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality designs for complex SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision for a new IA and navigation system
• Establish and evolve a unified design system
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate data into intuitive experiences
• Align with Marketing and Brand teams for a cohesive customer journey
• Deliver high-quality interaction designs and prototypes
• Build sizzle reels to help clients understand design concepts

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience in SaaS, B2B, or data-heavy platforms
• Proven track record as a lead or principal-level designer
• Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture
• Proficiency with prototyping tools (Framer, Origami, ProtoPie, Figma)
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Portfolio showcasing elegant solutions to complex product challenges
• Experience with video and motion design tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)
