Job Description

BREEZEWAY is seeking a People & Recruiting Specialist passionate about delivering great candidate and employee experiences and helping the company scale. This role blends recruiting, onboarding, culture, and People Operations, working closely with teams to attract talent, create smooth processes, and support employees.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit for GTM roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Maintain ATS and candidate records
  • Source and build talent pipelines
  • Manage onboarding programming and training
  • Lead new hire orientation
  • Support event planning
  • Lead the “Hype Committee”
  • Support benefits administration
  • Provide light IT support
  • Maintain internal HR documentation
  • Own Internal team communications
  • Provide administrative support

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruiting or recruiting coordination
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed company
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Team-first mindset
