Job Description

BREEZEWAY is seeking a Spanish-speaking Onboarding Specialist to support clients and improve their onboarding experience. The role requires autonomy, a positive attitude, continuous learning, and fluency in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sales and Client Experience teams to ensure efficient implementation and client success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Experience teams for efficient implementation
  • Conduct training sessions for clients
  • Monitor onboarding health and meet timelines
  • Perform quality assurance on client interactions
  • Improve the onboarding process
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Troubleshoot client issues
  • Educate clients on tool usage
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product for improvements
  • Develop domain expertise in property care

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in implementation or project management
  • Experience in Technology or SaaS
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in CRM software and web-based tools
  • Strong understanding of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack
  • Expert proficiency in Excel
