Fortune is seeking early-career journalists for six-month fellowships focused on business and trending news, audience development, video, and other areas. Fellows will gain experience in researching, reporting, writing, and producing content while learning from newsroom leaders.

Responsibilities

• Report and write stories
• Curate and produce content
• Pitch stories and participate in brainstorming
• Craft explainers, profiles, and trend pieces
• Contribute to flagship lists and newsletters
• Work independently and collaboratively
• Ensure diversity in coverage
• Uphold journalistic standards

Requirements

• Graduated from undergraduate or graduate school
• Relevant experience (internships, collegiate publications)
• Interest in business, economics, and leadership news
• Strong writing skills
• Ambitious and detail-oriented
• Deadline-driven and quick to learn
• Growth mindset and ability to take direction
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
