Job Description

Fortune is seeking an experienced executive to lead the expansion of its international licensing program, focusing on identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and launching new licensing partnerships in regions like Latin America, Africa, Central Asia, and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate international licensees
• Qualify partners with business plans and financial models
• Negotiate license agreements
• Oversee licensee onboarding and launch
• Partner with editorial and business teams for licensee support
• Monitor licensee performance and manage relationships

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in international media/publishing/licensing
• Track record of securing licensing agreements
• Deep network of international publishers
• Strong negotiation skills
• Commercial acumen and financial modeling experience
• Cross-cultural fluency
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
