Job Description

The Director of FP&A will drive Fortune’s financial planning, analysis, and decision support, combining long-term financial strategy with tactical support for sales, marketing, and operational teams. This role requires expertise in financial modeling and analysis within a dynamic media environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Provide financial oversight for major initiatives
• Partner with sales teams for reporting and planning
• Optimize financial systems and processes
• Define and track key performance indicators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
• 8–10+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in media or digital businesses
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Salesforce and Workday
• Strong knowledge of digital revenue models
• Excellent communication skills
