Job Description

The Director of Product will be responsible for defining, driving, and executing the product roadmap for the Platform team, focusing on the core website performance, internal tools, and infrastructure. This role involves leading a product management pod, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-value ROI for the company.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap
• Lead and support a collaborative engineering and product design team
• Communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders
• Prioritize the roadmap based on clear principles
• Measure and analyze product development outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in digital media or B2C technology
• 5+ years in a senior PM or Director level role
• High EQ and team/culture-building skills
• Experience with launching/scaling digital media products
• Understanding of the media landscape and user behavior
• Experience with display advertising and subscription models is advantageous
