Job Description

The Technical Support Engineer will communicate directly with customers, triage support tickets, work on process improvement, and collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams. They will help customers with product onboarding, diagnose issues, and advocate for product improvements, ensuring a remarkable customer experience.
