Customer.io is seeking a curious and driven Senior Fullstack Product Engineer to design, build, and ship core product experiences. The role involves owning problems end-to-end, collaborating with teams, and leveraging AI tools to improve communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Build fullstack features in Go, React, and Ember
• Collaborate to ship customer value
• Share knowledge through videos, writing, and mentorship
• Evolve systems for scalability
• Leverage AI tools for prototyping and decision-making

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and scaling backend services and product-facing features
• Fluency in TypeScript, React, and Go
• Strong care for frontend polish and backend performance
• Proficiency with APIs and relational databases
• Bias for action and ownership of technical decisions
