Job Description

Customer.io is seeking a systems-minded and strategic Senior Product Operations Manager to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support the VP of Product & Design. The role involves auditing and modernizing product, design, and documentation processes, leveraging AI for automation, and assisting with strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Audit, document, and modernize product, design, and docs workflows
  • Drive consolidation of product feedback into Enterpret
  • Lead maintenance and adoption of Enterpret
  • Build and deploy Slack-based AI bots
  • Archive and clean up legacy content
  • Partner with VP of Product & Design on special projects
  • Research organizational design
  • Review product goals and metrics
  • Conduct pricing reviews
  • Support development of internal presentations
  • Plan and organize team activities
  • Assist with talk track development

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Program Management, or related role
  • Proven ability to audit and consolidate processes and tools
  • Experience with SaaS platforms like Enterpret and Linear
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
  • Comfort working independently and cross-functionally
  • Executive presence
  • Curiosity about AI tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Pragmatic communication skills
