The Customer Journey Specialist will bridge the gap between new trial users and long-term customers in the self-serve tier, focusing on driving value and ensuring customer success. This role involves proactive engagement, feedback collection, and collaboration with various teams to improve customer experience and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with trial users to understand goals and guide setup
  • Capture and share customer feedback
  • Help customers achieve "aha" moments
  • Support growing accounts proactively
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support
  • Monitor engagement and usage data
  • Educate and empower users with best practices

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer-facing SaaS experience
  • Proven ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
  • Comfort with CRM and engagement tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive mindset and goal-oriented
  • Organized and detail-oriented
