Job Description

Customer.io is seeking a Director of LATAM Growth to build and execute their international partner strategy, initially focusing on LATAM. This role will begin as an individual contributor responsible for strategy, partner engagement, and revenue generation, with the potential to build and manage a Channel Account Manager team as the market matures. The position requires close collaboration with senior leaders across various departments to integrate international growth into the company's global priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop LATAM international growth strategy
  • Identify priority countries and partners
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate regional partners
  • Build joint go-to-market plans with partners
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
  • Track program KPIs
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CX, Product, and Finance
  • Build and lead a team of Channel Account Managers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in international business development or partnerships
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Proven track record of building and scaling markets through partnerships in LATAM
  • Deep existing relationships with LATAM partners
  • Experience in co-selling and partner-led demand generation
  • Ability to deliver strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Experience setting and meeting revenue quotas
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills
  • Prior experience building or leading teams
  • Spanish language skills prioritized
