Job Description

Customer.io is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Manager to design, build, and optimize marketing operations for their SaaS product. The role focuses on data integrity, tech stack integration, campaign support, Google Analytics management, and cross-team collaboration to enhance efficiency and support the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain data integrity through analysis and auditing
  • Improve marketing operational efficiency through process refinement
  • Ensure seamless tech stack integration
  • Support marketing campaign development and execution
  • Manage Google Analytics and web tracking metrics
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Revenue/Marketing/Sales Operations (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • 2+ years in a fast-growing start-up environment
  • Proficiency in CRM and database management (Salesforce, Snowflake)
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Capability in building and managing integrations (APIs, webhooks)
  • Comfort with no-code automation tools (N8n, Zapier)
  • Strong problem-solving and automation skills
  • Experience in data handling and SQL
  • Project management and documentation skills
