Job Description

Customer.io is seeking a motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth within key market segments. This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for prospecting, demoing, and closing deals with new customers, focusing on new business acquisition within targeted accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS or MarTech sales
  • Located in the UK, Ireland, or the Americas (Canada and the USA)
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales framework
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Experience handling mid-market accounts with shorter sales cycles
