Job Description

Customer.io is seeking a highly motivated Senior GTM Operations Analyst to scale their systems and support business growth. This role focuses on managing revenue systems, ensuring data integrity, and driving optimization of revenue processes through strategic planning, implementation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic planning and management of revenue systems (Salesforce)
  • Design and optimize revenue processes within systems
  • Manage cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT
  • Implement system improvements and automation
  • Liaise between GTM Operations and IT
  • Conduct system audits and ensure data quality
  • Develop system documentation and training materials
  • Provide strategic input to RevOps and business leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar system-focused roles
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce administration
  • Understanding of GTM processes (lead management, sales funnel optimization)
  • Track record managing CRM implementations and integrations
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset
  • Experience with revenue tools (marketing automation, Salesloft, etc)
  • Proactive, ownership-oriented, and organized
  • Experienced in change management and system training
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
