Job Description

Instructure is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Global Commissions to lead their commissions team and oversee all aspects of sales incentive compensation programs. This role involves managing a distributed team, ensuring accurate and timely commission payments, managing the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a geographically distributed team
• Oversee end-to-end administration of sales commissions
• Serve as primary system administrator for Performio
• Lead updates and implementation of commission plans
• Develop and implement robust controls and procedures
• Prepare and present commission reports and analysis
• Act as primary contact for commission-related matters
• Ensure compliance and support audits

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in commissions administration or related finance role
• 3+ years of management/leadership experience
• Experience with an ICM platform (Performio preferred)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to design and implement business processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
