Job Description

The Vice President of Revenue Operations will lead the transformation and scaling of Instructure’s global RevOps function across our multi-product B2B portfolio, optimizing go-to-market performance and enabling data-driven decision-making to drive profitable growth toward $1B in revenue. This role partners closely with executive leadership and private equity sponsors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mature global revenue operations
  • Assess and rebuild RevOps capabilities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
  • Lead transformation of go-to-market operations
  • Build a foundation for data-driven decision-making
  • Serve as a trusted partner to go-to-market leaders
  • Ensure RevOps functions as a service-oriented organization
  • Operate effectively in a private equity-backed environment
  • Communicate with the executive team and KKR partners
  • Build and mentor a high-performing RevOps team
  • Create a culture of partnership and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations
  • Proven success scaling revenue operations to $500M+
  • Prior experience in a private equity-backed company preferred
  • Demonstrated success in organizational transformation
  • Strong global and cross-functional leadership experience
  • Hands-on leader with strategic vision and operational discipline
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
