Job Description

Instructure is seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Shared Services Manager to lead Compliance, Benefits, and Leave of Absence operations in a global environment. This role focuses on ensuring accurate HR transactions, maintaining compliance with employment laws, and providing exceptional service to employees and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop HR Shared Services team
  • Ensure global compliance with employment laws
  • Oversee benefits and leave of absence administration
  • Lead HR audits and manage vendor relationships
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and reports
  • Deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience with HR Shared Services model preferred
  • Knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws
  • Strong understanding of global benefits programs
  • Proficiency with Workday and HR case management systems preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
